Like all pasta varieties from Jamie Oliver, the penne are made from the best durum wheat and are produced directly in Italy in a family business near Verona using old traditional methods.

The diagonally cut tube noodles are cooked wonderfully al dente after about 10 minutes in boiling salted water! The shape of the penne also absorbs a lot of sauce.
