Spier - Creative Block No. 5 is a deep red wine with ruby reflections.
Diverse layers with fruity aromas of black cherries, black currants and marzipan. Balanced on the palate, with aromas of berries and oak imbued with spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. Round finish with velvety tannins.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Goes very well with beef or lamb.
