Saint Chinian - Merlot IGP Pays d´Oc is a dark red, very complex red wine.

The aromas of this Merlot are reminiscent of blackberries, currants and cherries, of jam and cooked fruits. The smell is smoky of peat and spicy of cinnamon and thyme.

Fruity, round, complex and elegant, this wine is a must that goes well with dishes of all kinds. On the palate it is round and long with ripe tannins in the final. It's well balanced and easy to drink.

Goes well with traditional French cuisine and cheese.
