The Spier - Signature Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow white wine.
On the nose, it smells of gooseberries, passion fruit, pears and a hint of citrus. The taste of the white wine is very exotic and the finish is refreshing.
Goes well as an aperitif, or with risotto or cheese.
