The Spier - Creative Block No. 2 is a beautiful clear white wine with a distinctive green tint on the edge of the glass.
A hint of gooseberries, crushed nettle and grapefruit on the nose. Lively acidity and a harmonious, elegant and long-lasting finish.
Goes well with Mediterranean dishes and poultry.
