Smeriglio Cortona Merlot is an excellent, lively and ruby red 100% Merlot from Baracchi. Its aroma is fruity of berries as well as vanilla, coffee and fine spices. The taste is very round and soft with a pleasant acidity.

This wine is in harmony with the fragrance. 

Match with Offal (liver & kidney), game, pasta dishes with meat sauces, young mountain cheese.
