This grappa is made from Nebbiolo da Barolo and Barbera d'Asti grapes, which come from the area of La Morra, Monforte d'Alba and Nizza Monferrato. The distillation is discontinuous. The distillate is matured in 225 liter oak barrels with medium toasting. The absolute top product of the Berta distillery - named after the founder Paolo Berta.
His bouquet is complex, multi-layered, enveloping, of great personality. A true symphony of impressions with aromas of ripe fruits, cherries, but also tobacco, cocoa and vanilla. A rich, enveloping taste in which the tempting impressions of the bouquet continue.
