The bouquet exudes an incredible fruity aroma of sweet and ripe berries, dark dried fruits and fine spices such as clove, vanilla, cocoa and tobacco. The Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG is full-bodied, harmonious and has well-developed tannins.
Our Amarone goes well with game dishes, roasts, hard cheeses, and very mature cheeses.
