This Pinot Nero from the Baracchi winery is a fascinating wine with a ruby red color. The wine matures in barriques for 18 months and develops a diverse, aromatic bouquet.
On the palate, the Pinot Noir is fruity and fresh, a real sensation. This wine is known in the wine world for its infinitely long finish.
Goes well with veal with a creamy sauce, Wild, medium-strength cheeses such as Taleggio & spoon gorgonzola.
