The appassimento trend continues! Wine lovers are not only interested in the wine, but also in the stories behind it. With the illustration on the vintage label, Passo del Sud tells its story: winemaker Benedict Lorusso likes to convince himself in the vineyards of the ripening of the grapes from which the character wine is to be made. The grapes for this wine are dried for four weeks after the harvest, giving them a unique concentration

On the nose there is a spicy scent with rich fruit of plums, cassis and sweet cherries. A harmonious, round red wine, almost lush. Concentrated, warm-blooded, of exceptional quality.

We recommend the Appasimento Passo del Sud with strong meat dishes, grilled dishes and lightly aged cheeses.
