The girlan - Sauvignon Indra DOC from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety has been grown in South Tyrol for more than a century. The white wine has an intense yellow color.
The intense smell of nettle and elderberry and the freshness and liveliness in the mouth are typical for this wine. The minerality and the fresh acidity balance each other out in the aromas.
Goes well with fish dishes, seafood, asparagus and white meat.
